Covid-19 Information
Dear Patients,
We are now open for BOTH in-person visits and telemedicine visits!
You are welcome to come see us in person. However, if your skin concern can be addressed virtually, we will still encourage you to conduct your appointment via video with one of our providers rather than visiting us in person.
For those visiting us in person, we will take the utmost care to meticulously clean our office and utilize PPE to safeguard our patients and staff from COVID-19:
- If you have just arrived in Massachusetts from a state that is in the “red zone”, we ask that you delay your visit with us until your quarantine is complete or have proof of a negative COVID test. If you feel that you have an urgent medical issue for which you must see one of our providers immediately, we are happy to discuss potential accommodations for your medical needs.
- We ask that you not come to the office if you have a fever, cold, cough, or flu symptoms or have been in close contact with someone with COVID-19.
- All patients are required to wear a face mask to the office. All employees will be wearing a face mask. Your provider and their assistant will additionally be wearing a face shield.
- Please do not bring anyone else with you to your appointment unless you are a minor or have a disability that requires personal assistance.
- If you are a new patient, please print out the new patient forms, and bring them with you to your appointment.
- We ask that you practice social distancing measures in common areas of our office, including the front desk.
- The staff will be taking your temperature upon arrival at the office. We will also be inquiring about potential COVID related symptoms. Similarly, all employees will have daily temperature and symptom checks. If you have a temperature or COVID related symptoms, we cannot treat you.
- Do not wear make-up for your appointment.
- Upon arrival in the exam room, you will be asked to wash your hands with soap and water to help maintain a clean environment.
- While we are excited to see you, please keep conversation to a minimum while in the office. We are anxious to hear about your lives but need to minimize talking in order to prevent any viral spread. Tell us what you need to about your skin but we, unfortunately, must save casual conversations for a later date.
- We will continue to clean and disinfect all common areas and treatment rooms after each patient visit.
- Hand sanitizer is available throughout the office and building for patient use. We also encourage hand washing.
Please call or contact our office to discuss whether an in-person visit or telemedicine appointment is best for you! Leave a message, we are checking voicemail frequently and will get back to you promptly. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this uncertain time. We strive to offer the outstanding care and expertise you’ve come to value us for. We wouldn’t be here without our patients!
We hope that you are well and look forward to seeing you soon!
Best,

Dr. Graber
