Alexandra DeRosa, MPA, PA-C

Alexandra DeRosa, MPA, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant with experience providing medical and surgical dermatology services. Ally is able to perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, and various in-office procedures. She has had training in diagnosing and managing a wide range of skin conditions, including acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, warts, skin cancers, and hair and nail disorders, but she has a particular interest in acne treatment.

Ally has a passion for dermatology that began when she was a medical scribe during her undergraduate studies. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Health from Azusa Pacific University in 2020. She went on to attend Loma Linda University’s Physician Assistant program and graduated with her Master of Physician Assistant degree in September 2024. During her schooling, she was recognized on the Dean’s List and received the Selma Andrew Scholarship Award for academic excellence. Just after graduating, Ally began her career as a physician assistant in dermatology at a private practice in Southern California. Ally is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA), and the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates (SDPA). Ally prides herself on providing patient-centered, compassionate care, and is committed to building relationships with the individuals and families she serves.

Ally grew up in Southern California and recently moved to Boston. Outside the clinic, Ally enjoys traveling, baking, doing yoga, and spending time with her family and friends. In the next year, Ally hopes to get a dog and explore Boston.
